I want to stock up on fuel line for my projects. What sizes would be good to have on hand? I have everything from 20’s Johnson’s to 50’s omc up to 18hp. 40’s/50’s green top mercs…the usual suspects. Thanks for the advice folks

3/16 and 5/16 are what I use mostly on my OMC motors.

Yeah I buy 3/16 and 1/4 by the 100′ roll.

The BRP line is really 5/32, so the 3/16 is a touch bigger than stock, but much more commonly found. Only issue is some brands of the 3/16, the original fuel clamps at the fuel connector wont quite close.

I use the stuff that Advance Auto Parts sells, 3/16" and 1/4". The 1/4 actually fits the 5/16 fittings well.

I have found that the blue polyurethane transparent fuel line outperforms any other product. It’s available in 5′ lengths or longer..Never gets hard or splits or kinks….A newer replacement is Tygon 4040 grade fuel line. It’s a transparent yellow color. It will last the life of the engine it’s connected to..
