Does anybody have a pattern for the muffler holes for a 1918 Koban with above water exhaust?

I found a few at Jack’s site – any idea what size drill to use?

Looks like I have a Model D with battery ignition.

Who’s selling repo clamp pads? Cooling water outlet tubes and hardware?

Hi Bill. The muffler can on my ’21 Koban has thirty five 7/32" holes drilled in it. Widthwise they are on 3/8" centres and just slightly under 3/8" the other way. When it comes time to make the new muffler, I’ll drill them all at 3/8" centres both ways. No one will know.

Art Dekalb has repro transom pads.

You wouldn’t happen to have a spare rudder kicking around would you? 😀

Perfect Mumbles – that’s exactly what I was looking for!

No, no spare parts I’m afraid.

btw – how’d you get your pic attached?

It’s easy. After uploading the pic to Photobucket, I copy the ‘IMG’ link (left click) and paste it in my post. (right click followed by left click)

If I’m happy with the preview, I submit it.
