      Anyone out there have any experience running a Mark 55 on a 12 foot Penn Yan Swift. Wondering if the light weight of the Swift will let me run a 13 or 14 inch pitch two blade?

        I would run the 13in. IF you will be setting up for just speed jack it up and you should be able to run the 14 in.

          This will be set up for a one time race at one of our boat meets. What do you have in your inventory?

            cup the prop and raise it so the cav plate is a little above the bottom. and raise from there. use a tach. 5800-6000 RPM’s would be right for that race.
