Can Someone direct Me to a site that has a parts breakdown for a
      Johnson SD20?
I had a parts list somewhere and can’t find it 😥
      Thanks for any help.

        I assume you’ve seen this?

        http://mahoganybay.net/store/components/com_jshopping/files/filesproducts/1950%20Johnson%20Parts%20Catalog%20SD-20.pdf

It’s linked as an SD20 manual, but the text is titled for the QD-12. Are the models highly similar, or is this just a goof by mahoganybay.net?

              Steve,

I have a parts manual for my SD-20. I have not scanned it yet, but I could probably get a copy in a day or so if that would help.

              Just got mine going tonight.

Thanks for the offer, but I have a hard copy, somewhere.
We moved last year and everything is still a mess.
In fact I’m still moving My shop stuff.
I’ll find it. I just wanted to find the part numbers for the rubber mounts
                that hold the shroud on.
A couple of them are broke. So I figured I’d look for some.
I know it’l probably be a needle in a haystack type of search.
So anyway, don’t go out of Your way to scan it.
                Thanks.

                  Steve,

Part number for side mount is 45-302021, and rear is 302116. Probably do not need the "45"

                    Thanks.
                    I’ll start My search now.

                      Steve,

There was a bulletin on those mounts to upgrade to the later style mounts from the Evinrude Big Twin for instance.

The originals are vulcanized at the rubber/aluminum connection and don’t hold up. I replaced mine on the SD and my QD motors as a result. Besides the later big twin style mounts are easy to find.

What years of Big Twins are You referring too ?
