      I need some advice what need to do for maintenance if motor run at current >3% derating…
      Either need check the looseness, swap phase cable to verify or else.
      Need someone to advise.

          My guess, he’s asking about an imbalance in currents drawn by a 3-phase induction motor. Basically, the currents should sum to zero, but often they don’t.

          Anyway, if it’s only a 3% imbalance, that’s nothing to be concerned with. Oh, and this is entirely the wrong forum for this question.. 🙄

            It may just need a little oil in the bearings …

            Sealed ball bearings may need replacement if noisy or running hot.

              Have you tried running non-ethanol gas for your mixed fuel?
