Most of that information (but not all) is contained in the model-year guide that appears in Peter Hunn’s "The Old Outboard Book".
The missing parts are found in what I consider to be one of the best model-year guide booklets I’ve ever found. It was printed as "Outboard Motor Model & Serial No. Guide Prior to 1960". It was compiled by the Maple Leaf Chapter of the AOMCI back in the 1990’s.
This goes up to 1940, there’s more that goes to 1959 but this is the important part….
