Sorry, I wasn’t very clear in my description …. it does indeed have the holes for the thumb screws, I was just saying that the thumb screws themselves weren’t there.
As for the additional cowls….
1958 Evinrude Fisherman
1955 Mercury Mark 6
1957-58 Mercury Mark 10 (no differences in the cowlings between the two years. Would need the S/N of the motor to know for sure.)
