    If you are going to work on these, invest in a cheap, inline adjustable spark tester. They are only a couple bucks. Set it to 1/4". The spark should jump that gap with a bright blue ZAP!!

    Holding the plug to the block, the spark is only jumping a small 020 gap, which is very easy for it to do. That 020 gap is much harder for it to jump under compression in the cylinder. That is why you test it at 1/4" gap outside of the cylinder, to mimick compression.

    Im sure you just have a spark issue.

    By the way, you torqued the flywheel correct? Tapers clean and dry. Not your problem here, but just confirming so you don’t have bigger issues!
