In the top (first) picture where the "Warm-Up" lever is down, it is incorrectly installed. Turn the control box half over, remove the slotted machine screw that retains the lever, remove the lever, then "clock it" instead to 12 o’clock (instead of 9 o’clock as removed)(or position 90 degrees clockwise to say the same thing another way) and reinstall the machine screw.
