I used water-resistant lithium grease sold for automotive use in grease guns, also recommended for boat trailer wheel bearings. I bought it in a grease gun cartridge and then adapted the hose on the end of my grease gun to a fitting that screwed into the drain screw hole on my PO-15 and pumped it full.
