I have a parts listing and a schematic breakdown of all the parts for the TN 28 if that would help. I could copy it and send it to you.

I have the following for the drive shaft seals on the TN 27, 28.
          I also have a "parts" pdf file on the TN-25, 26, but I don’t
know how similar they are to the 28.
PM me with your email address if you want it.
The impeller photo is for substituting a more modern impeller
          into the TN-28

I would appreciate any and all information on the TN28. My email address is fishingnuts42@gmail.com
Checking it over today i noticed the collar on the top end of the drive shaft has a crack in it. The above diagram list the number as 303031, I’ve been surfing for one not having any luck finding it.
                Thanks,
                Ed

Have you tried Sea Way Marine in the Seattle area. 425-412-4006 ask for Jack in the parts dept.
