      Hi All I am looking for a 1968 service manual for a merc 110 any ideas on where I can find one. Picked this up but dont have a clue on it. My first merc.

        VERY nice-running motors. VERY susceptible to gear case water intrusion. Check/change the gear lube after every use. Highly recommend a new impeller for it, too. They tend to fail within a few years of new.

          Thanks BillW but I was hoping to avoid EBAY. That one would cost me about $100 because I am in Canada. I will keep looking I am sure I will find one either printable or cheap. Its not like I don’t have any other motors to work on. LOL

            Lookup SELOC on internet they sell around $27 @ iboats

              Yes – Seloc manuals are good – also look at Clymer manuals – very similar to Seloc. Both much cheaper than factory manuals. iboats.com also has Clymer.

                  not mercury but close as I recall t he 9.8 was a Merc 110 … my first Merc lates 60s

                      My local library has several of the above-mentioned manuals. Can copy the pages you need.
