      Lost my magneto cam pin. Thinking of robbing from another motor. MarineEngines.com does not show all the diagrams for the motors I have…but it seems OMC quit using the pin after 1957. Is this true?

      Also, are all the pins the same? Looking to use one for my ’57 Lark.

        They used those 302578 pins on the Big Twins through 1961         . . 🙂

          Thanks…just checked my ’58 7.5Hp & 18 Hp and they both used a "D" shaped pin.

          I’ve got a ’56 30 HP Johnson…but it’s bit out of reach.

            I ordered one on-line over a week ago…hoping to get it in the mail by this weekend …didn’t happen. Kinda frustrated that this is holding me up until next weekend now.
