Does anyone have a picture of the proper placement of the KD 3’s decals on the fuel tank?
I’m not sure if the arrows in the front butt together or are spaced a little bit.
    Thanks for the help.

Thanks Kees it never did show the front of the motor except on the unrestored one without the decal Ha! It may come down to a good guess is better than a bad measurement.

Thanks alanp. I notice when I space it like yours the c in mercury ends up half way on the tank. Makes sense.
Is your model a 1947? I notice it has the K on the lower decal. My ’46 didn’t have the K on the lower decal.
I may have ordered the wrong lower decal unless they used both in ’46?

I am at work now, I will check what year mine is when I get home and take a better photo. Attached is a photo I have in my phone.

Nice Originals. I don’t find motors like that.

Thanks all. The upper decals do look like they butt together. The lower decals look like the Mercury Horizon gold color.
