Not much originality left ,but, cowl and spark plug covers are present.
which is a BIG plus.
Mercury Dull Aluminum Wizard maybe same or Wizard Gold.
depending on when Kiekhaefer started painting Wizards a different color.
As long as crankshaft and piston are ok a very easy rebuild to a nice little putt putt
Prewar and early postwar Kiekhaefer outboards sometimes have factory and/or later
substitutions or alterations.
Mercurys are made differently but not difficult to work on AFTER you understand them.

A strong solution of Super Clean and water will make that paint job go away along with grease oil and crud. A very harsh cleaner. Do NOT use without rubber gloves and eye protection. Helps to have brass wire brushes to scrub off loose paint.
Really nice cleanup would call for soda blasting afterwards to get paint chips out of all the
hard to reach areas.

Rubber spacer between spark plug cover and fuel tank is available as reproduction as is
the steering handle grip.

Joe Brincat revived a Wizard WD3 with a little help(very little) from yours truly.
Really stirred up water in test tank and it pumped out the cooling water like a fire hose.
Started with just a little coaxing. His first Kiekhaefer.

Lynite is a trade name for an aluminum alloy die castings. Several parts on Kiekhaefers
have name cast into metal.

Nigeria is known for friendly bankers and officials with shady offers to share ill gotten gains.
This looks like a legit offer by someone who does not know or care what it is as long
as it can be turned into cash. I stay away from OLD ANTIQUE and RARE VALUABLE though.
