I took the check valve out it is clean. The compression on the top cylinder is 65 and 68 on the bottom. I did notice that when I turn the throttle the lever on the carburetor stops moving when the throttle just gets below half throttle. It will idle there and is very slow like it was on the HD-25 that I had. I wonder if the throttle position is off?
