          I don’t see any system for spring suspension, is there any? Sure that it’s a boat trailer? looks perfect for hauling a big drain culvert.

            Definitely a boat trailer, it’s too well thought out and engineered for a homemade IMHO
            There is a roller stop by the winch post for the keel of a boat. I wish I had better pictures
            Of the suspension system, but my thought is a is a torsion system with the dampeners or
            Shocks running forward as in the pictures?
