Is this old tank "outboard" related, or was it sold to fill up anything that
burns gas? I only paid $2 for it. Amazingly it’s shiny and clean on the
inside. Any guesses on the brand, vintage, or if it had a decal on it originally?
There are some words stamped in the bottom, but I can’t make out
      much of it. Thanks!

Brings back memories. My Dad had one that he gassed up his Martin with.

Neat little tank. The ebay one looks good but missing the hose. Buccaneer, what does the spout on yours look like and how does it attach to the tank?
                    Thanks, Kirk

Kirk, the nozzle attached to the tank with an expandable rubber
fitting (like a boat plug) operated by the handle.
