Today I ran my Fastwin for the first time. New coils and impeller. Very pleased.

NICE! Congrats David! I love the Fastwins! I have a ’54 and a ’59 that are excellent runners and a pair of ’67s to make one good one out of on my project list.

Thanks. This motor idles really well too. Very quiet too for a metal cowl motor.

Those Fastwins are great motors. A tune up will do wonders for them. I have a 52 model that runs good too.

my FD with a dolley and a free Merc plastic 5 gal tank extra was $25

and my QD was…. free both good runners

both in canadian $$$$

those fasttwins are awesome motors, congratulations! I’ve had a few and sold them wish I still had one but I’m sure I will run into another one day, that being said 75 bucks for running motor awesome all day long 😀
