Here's an odd looking one for you - it's a Twin Fins hand powered outboard motor made in Philadelphia, Mississippi. Not sure of the vintage, but I would guess it as 1950s or 1960s as there are some plastic bits on it. The power lever on top operates up and down, driving the twin paddle fins down low, and it does seem to work well. We have not tried it in the water, though. This outboard is a mix of aluminum castings, steel tubing, and steel or tin stamped parts. The steel bits do seem to have a bit of rust colored tarnish or surface rust on them, but could be cleaned up if desired. Nothing broken or damaged that we've found.
Asking $300. Willing to pack it up and ship it on your dime.
