203355, low speed idle packing nut washer, and the o-ring for the glass fuel bowl. It looks like rubber (what type though?) was used for the first and cork for the second?

Yup, 15hp. 15016 serial if I remember correctly.

I am not looking to buy a new bowl gasket, I want to try and avoid the costs of that if possible, shipping and handling, price of it, why do that if I have materials that will work? I am fairly sure I have something sitting around that does.

And 18-7106 is the packing washer. I am looking for the packing nut washer, #203355. Rough dimensions (before it broke) were 1"OD, 1/2" ID, 1/16" thickness. I believe it was made of rubber. Most definitely not the packing washer that seals around the idle needles, this guy seals the hole created where the low-speed screw goes through the silencer
