Need help with brass oval head screws for shroud of 1947 TD 20

I getting ready to put a fully restored Johnson 1947 TD 20. I have everything figured out except for the 2 brass oval head crews that go in the front of the shroud.   The parts manuals call for 4 screws that are the same but the rear screws for the shroud are the 3/4 inch with a collar which are pinned .     I need to see if someone has an all original td 20 that can verify that the 2 rear screws should be 3/4 inch pinned and the two front screws (as seen in my photo) are not pinned and what I need to know is if they are 3/4 inch or 1 inch in length.   I hope my photo and my question is simple and can be understood.   Thanks for any help on this.   Paul
