      maybe I am the dummy here, but this strange strategy works for him, but it is odd 😮 😮
      is this the way to do business on the Bay ? making people afraid and push the price up as a punishment ?

        U meet all kinds on the Bay…crazies, and not so much but almost there. Patience is the key.
