A50 lower end noise

      I was just moving an A50 I just started working on and was lifting it horizontally onto a bench.When I moved it I could here something sliding back and forth in the gear case area.It only moves a short distance as I tilt the motor back and forth.Sounds like something sliding on the shaft.I’m hoping it’s nothing serious but I need some expert advice before I take it apart and take a look.

        Is the shearpin missing? That would allow the prop to move back ‘n forth. If not, I’d pull the gearcase apart and see what’s going on..

            Do you have the automatic exhaust cutout on the leg? There is a bullet that floats up and down, and may be moving when you laid the motor down.
