Hi, Does anyone make the correct Fuel Hose Line for the Mercury KG7? Thanks, Jim jehawver@gmail.com ❓
The copper line, I bought some at Lowe’s.
oldmercs.com has the flex one $30.00
Early KG7 had copper tubing and later had rubber. As someone already mentioned match up copper line at hardware store. You can get the rubber hose with pressure fitting and threaded end from either oldmercs, com or vintageoutboards.com http://www.vintageoutboard.com/collections/mercury-fuel-systems-1/products/32-23439a1-fuel-line-rubber-hose-with-brass-fittings-for-kg4-kg7-kf7-kh7-models-nla
I like the copper tubing….personally…

was changed with the KG7H with all the vibration they cracked with copper. just a note.
Nothing a yearly annealing couldn’t fix 😆
Or replacing.
My KG7H had the Flex Rubber Hose. That’s what I want for my restoration of both my Kg7 & Kg7H Motors. Got them on order, Thanks, Jim
The KG7 I bought in about 1950 was almost new and had copper. It broke on the end attached to the filter. 🙁 I replaced with rubber. Now I use plastic.
