      I have a Caille Master 5 speed Model 20.
      Besides the two primer cups there is an oiler that looks to oil a main bearing.
      I couldn’t get oil in there as there seemed to be lint stuck in it.
      I pulled it out and it appears to be a pipe cleaner.
      Is this to stop blowback coming out?
      Should this be in there?

        Yes it is supposed to be there. It allows a minute amount of oil to wick to the top main w.out flooding it.
