      I just obtained a silvertrol trolling motor model # 26-S Can anyone tell me the year and the rated thrust

        Built (assembled) in Snow’s Electric Shop in Au Sable, New York In the 1940s and ’50s with rebuilt Chevrolet starter motors. Mr. Snow Mainly rebuilt starters and generators, but put small advertisements in Popular Mechanics and other popular magazines. He would assemble a Silvertroll whenever an order came in for one. He also sold plans and do it yourself kits for the troller. No way to know the year or number built. . .
