The few Thor motors I have been lucky enough to get my hands on are equipped with a Bosch magneto. I’m wodering if the same could be said for the sea king models the Cedarburg Manufacturing Company made for Montgomery Ward in the mid to late 30s.

Can some of you Thor-built sea king owners take a look and see what brand of magneto they use? By 1940 Carl had switched all the motors he was making, after taking over the factory, to Eisemann magnetos.

I used to own a Thor-built sea king but foolishly sold it beacuse I convinced myself I’d never be interested in them. Ah youth! Ha ha!

      Thanks for any help!
