Has anyone been able to access this .pdf?

I’m no webmaster but it looks like the link might be bad? See below:

1st line “aomci.ohttps”? Is the o in front of the https correct? I tried removing it and I still can’t get to the doc.

remove the ” http://www.aomci.o ” and add a colon after the “s” in “https”
