      Hi, I am at a stand still with this rebuild? Any help would be appreciated.

          Thank you for any help. While reading parts manual it says bleeder hole on cover plate should be on Starboard side. is this assuming you are looking from the rear of the boat with motor on it.

              Bryan,

              I feel your pain. I just replaced the impeller in my 5hp Firestone. Only one impeller instead of 2 in yours. Lots of stuff to work around.
              I uses a zip tie to compress the vanes and it really helped!

                Bryan,  There are several videos on YouTube that show how to install the impellers in one of the old ScotAtwaters !
