these two tools came along with an alumacraft runabout I purchased recently. I bought the boat from the relatives of a fellow who passed away. they said he was a big fisherman. the second one looks like an anchor rope keeper of some sort? and I have no guess on the first one. I guess there’s no guarantee it’s related to boating. could simply have been thrown into the boat at some point.

Ok I go with the anchor rope and will the other piece pass through the piviot point for the rope lock and stick out as a place to hang the anchor while you are moving the boat?

No clue as to the what’s in the top photo
Second and third photo looks to be a pulley on a transom or bow mount for hoisting an light anchor or crap pot Edit

Ya’ what Sydin said….will the "key" end of the rod fit into and engage the rope lock cam? This would allow the cam to be rotated up, releasing the rope.

If the outboard (assuming it has one) has a tilt function, Pic #1 could be a tilt-lock pin for transport. Look for holes in the transom-mounted part of the motor bracket. Maybe.

Of course, you’ve probably already figured it out, or pitched it by now!
