Larry Richter’s House adjacent to Boulders Recreation Area on the east side of Carlyle Lake

East of Carlyle, Illinois on US 50, turn north at the sign for Boulders Recreational area on Boulders Road and go about 8 miles. Look for our signs and the old boat in the front yard on the left by Brewster Creek bridge.

On site primitive camping. Water and comfort stations available. Unpaved boat launch for smaller boats, but paved launch and overnight docking available just next door at the recreational area.
