Salt Springs Valley Reservoir is located near Copperopolis, on Rock Creek Rd., about 40 miles east on Stockton via Highway 4. From highway 4 going east, turn left on Rock Creek Road. Go 6 miles to the stop sign, then turn left and continue 2 miles to the resort. The phone number at the resort is 209-785-5267.

There are restrooms at the site, but there is no food available.
