I’m redoing a 12 HP Buccaneer, I need the 2 gaskets for the read valve plate. Does the 10HP Johnson use the same gaskets? If not, does anyone have the part number for the gastes that will fit this motor?
Thank you

July 8, 2020 at 3:18 pm #208044You’ll probably have better luck making your own . I’m sure someone has some….. Somewhere. But if your looking to get it back together pretty quick that would be your best bet. I use scissors and a hollow punch set I got at harbor freight and it works pretty well. Someone else may have a better idea
It's a jungle out there.
July 8, 2020 at 4:26 pm #208053Not sure what year or model you’re talking about but from what I can tell it looks like 552180 Leaf Plate to Crankcase and 552182 Leaf Plate to manifold, available on eBay and MarineEngine.com

Yes, it is the gaskets on either side of the leaf plate.
Thank youJuly 10, 2020 at 10:55 pm #208299I put my 12 Buc and 55 Fastwin side-by-side and the manifold bolt patterns are identical — they look like they have the same gasket.
July 10, 2020 at 11:00 pm #208300I ordered the gaskets shown by Steve. They are supposed to arrive Monday. We will see.

That “8” may be a “B” for Buccaneer
