      I have a Gale made 12hp Sea King. Model gg8971a. What should compression be on this? It’s been sitting since 1980. I’m getting around 60 on each cylinder. Thanx in advance ,Mike.

        Seems like 80 would be more like it.

          I agree Frank. It runs great in a barrel but sucks on the ramp. I can leave it on the trailer at barrel height in the water and get it to run good. What about de-carbon if process? Most are done on a hose but can’t do it with this lower unit. Any ideas?
