      Greetings,

What is everyone using for lower unit lube in their 20’s and 30’s era Johnson’s?
I see Lubriplate 105 is recommended, but noted that it may not be heavy enough? What would be the next step if that doesn’t stay put?
I had to order the Lubriplate from my local O’Reilly autoparts. I remember being able to get it off the shelf, granted years ago. What is a good source?

      Thank You

If not the 105, most folks use Corn Head Grease from John Deere. Another source is Cotton Picker Spindle Grease from Tractor Supply.
