Just a note to those that are trying to ID old carbs. Go to “Discount Marine” and look them up in their listings of hundreds of old obsolete carbs. They list Tilitsons by number stamped on carb and tell what make, year, and model of motor the carb came  on from factory. They also sell msome parts.

Good reminder, and attached is a good database for
        Tillotson carbs on outboards.
Unfortunately, the old carbs for my 28 & 29 Fastwins
don’t have any ID numbers on them.

Tubs, My memory fails me again!
It wasn’t that there was no number on the carb,
it’s just that my database didn’t go back far enough in time
to include my MS -12A carb.

Art DeKalb has those castings. All you have to do is drill and countersink the area where the 2 mounting screws go. I also clean up the casting for smooth operation. Fortunately, from your pictures, you have the choke lever and that’s the hard part to find.

Thanks Tubs, I see Discount Marine’s database is a lot more inclusive than
                  the pdf file I had!

Checked Discount Marine’s site and they seem to agree with what I have. Tubs

I need to look at the carb number on the smaller carb that that was
with the correct carb in my box of parts that came with the Fastwin.
Someone said it’s for a Fleetwin, but Discount’s database should
                        confirm that.
