Just a note to those that are trying to ID old carbs. Go to “Discount Marine” and look them up in their listings of hundreds of old obsolete carbs. They list Tilitsons by number stamped on carb and tell what make, year, and model of motor the carb came on from factory. They also sell msome parts.

Good reminder, and attached is a good database for
Tillotson carbs on outboards.
Unfortunately, the old carbs for my 28 & 29 Fastwins
don’t have any ID numbers on them.Tillotson-Outboard-Motors-Carburetor-Applications-and-Descriptions

I also clean up the casting for smooth operation. Fortunately, from your pictures, you have the choke lever and that’s the hard part to find.

with the correct carb in my box of parts that came with the Fastwin.
Someone said it’s for a Fleetwin, but Discount’s database should
confirm that.Prepare to be boarded!
