              Not hardly a miracle.
              There were a few thing that needed fixing
              but it was mostly just cleaning.
              Most everyone on here could have done it.

                I have to make an inner muffler tube. Does anyone have a picture of one, or an idea of how many holes are in the inner piece and the size of the holes?

                      Only thing I would add is to make sure all carbon is scraped out of grooves that muffler and wrap fit in.Also it’s easiest to fully assemble with manifolds before putting on powerhead.I’ve done lot of them including making the outer wrap and do them this way

                        I started working on the external muffler can. Got the paint off and started working out some small dents.

                        Still have a ways to go!
