I’ve learned that just a bench test and even a short run it the barrel may not revel an issue that can have me needing a tow back to the dock. When the weather gets better the motor will get a wet test for 30 minuets or more in hopes that any issues will show up before I get it on a boat. I had plans to run other motor this summer before this one showed up. Space is limited but there is a chance it will fit with the others if I break them down.
A "Boathouse Repair" is one that done without having tools or the skills to do it properly.
