I’m very familiar with 50’s Mercs. Less so with OMC engines from the twenties and thirties. I’d like to switch focus to those earlier engines. I have a 1934 speedifour (9006) in really nice shape and need a few parts, namely a complete mag plate, 2 good 2′” pistons, and rings . I know they are working on it but it would be nice to have searchable library on this site. I’d like know which engines from this era can be substituted – mag plate too. For the present I would appreciate any of the parts above, a photocopy of a parts manual (and other parts manuals from that era, actually), and any light you can shed on substitution of parts .
