      looking to repair water pump. no rubber impeller or other rubber parts found.

        The eccentric and waterpump are located behind the prop on the prop shaft. Remove the prop assembly and the cover with three screws.

          Have done that. What i find is metal impeller and housing it runs against. Don’t find any rubber to press against housing on the eccentric looking impeller.

            Maybe the waterpump is missing. The "eliptical or eccentric" that was referred to is a circular metal part with a tiny cylindrical key and keyway. The hole in the middle of the part is offcenter. This part spins with the prop shaft and sits inside of the rubber waterpump. I hope this helps.
