Dang, seriously its going to feel like Christmas if these parts show up. It really is like an easter egg hunt. Except all the eggs I found have tootsie rolls in them! Keeping my eyes peeled, I feel like one is close.

None of those are applicable. I have a whole motor for sale for less than that $145 powerhead. Send me a PM, with your location, maybe we can work something out.
May 24, 2017 at 7:30 am #58243May 24, 2017 at 2:03 pm #58256Thanks Frank this is gold. Finally starting to find some parts, a lot of them are coming up as Evinrude parts but we’re getting somewhere, not much luck on the crankshaft with that part number but I’m going to see if I can salvage it by carefully sanding it. Also I PM’d you.
May 24, 2017 at 2:27 pm #58259I’d be willing to bet that crank can be saved. That looks like all transferred metal from the rod to me. Be careful when you polish off the transferred material and it should be OK.

Good luck with your motor.Steve A W
May 25, 2017 at 2:24 pm #58302Thanks Steve, Frank ended up having a 1956 12S12. I’m going to buy the power head and probably slap it on and see if it fits/runs. I’ll probably still polish the crank just in case. Also I don’t know if an Eska is something guys are into on here but I have a complete 1976 7.5hp if anyone needs any parts.
May 25, 2017 at 4:28 pm #58309There is a Gale (etc.) service manual online somewhere. Several hundred pages and considerable detail.
