Anybody know what paint is proper for this Evinrude Lark hood? I tried to find it at nymarine and reprotint, but I’m not sure what to look for. The rest of the motor is black. The gray that was under the emblem looks to have been a light metallic silver? Was the white a true white or a cream color?

I don’t have the door that went on the front. I found one for a 57. I’d be glad to trade if anyone had a 56.

        ’56 Lark?

My book says the original color for your motor’s cover was called Charcoal Grey. It’s trim colors were Aqua White and Polychromatic Grey. The lower unit was also done in Charcoal Grey. Not sure about the prop.

        This ’57 should be close.

It looks like white will be good for the prop.
