      In this photo you can see the shift shaft and the bellcrank which is connected to the vertical shift rod. Something might be wrong in this area.

        , I’m sorry I did not get the manual to you last night. I am trying to figure out this Cloud Server thing so I can post all my manuals online for my fellow motorhead’s.I’ also bought a bunch of jump drives and I want to be selling those with all the manuals and all the other materials I have is my boat plans motor manuals Etc so as soon as I get everything set up I’ll get those files to you free of charge.             These motors have a weak point in the water pump systems. Some Bail-a-matics have a tendency to wear out too quickly due to the position in the lower unit of the pump. If I got this motor running I’d keep it in my collection and run it now and then, but if I wanted to run a motor to fish, etc. I’d get a mid 50s to 60s OMC. The parts are easier to find and they will have fewer problems… Just my $.02.
