      Somebody has got to fix this website!   Why is the thunbnail picture different than the picture that was added to the text?   Hang in there Mr Frank!   We need the cavalry to the rescue, Travis HELP!

        I have a 1961 75 HP, with the mechanical shift. I can’t speak to the interchange with a “fat 50” , maybe call Dale Roth that appears with his motor on the January cover. As for special tools to work on the newer gear case, the only “special” tool that you will need is a good strong pair of internal snap ring plyers.

                    I’m pretty sure that when the attachment is put into the text, the only thing that matters is the filename, and the website looks for the earliest uploaded photo with that filename. Changing the filename from something generic like “img017-scaled” to something unique like “OMC V4 gearcase disassembly” usually fixes the problem.
