      Guys
      Sorry I did not get back to everyone sooner but had to put my outboards ( hobby on hold for several weeks ). I have narrowed the problem done to the garburator , so going back through it this week.

        OK – you have fuel supply problems…..there are some very narrow fuel passages in the carb and they can easily be plugged by sediment. Make sure the entire carb and those passages are immaculate. You may have to use a very fine wire (nothing hard) to work the crude out of them.

          The sintered filter in the tank might be dirty or plugged, restriction the flow of fuel to the carb.
