      fix the choke !!  make certain it gets 12v if yes it can be just stuck… try wd40 and try to move it manually… if OK  coil winding could be open… test resistance

        Yes I think this is the root of my problem. Thank you for your help. It will be a bit before I can test this out.

          Ok I did get a chance to mess around with this and YES thank you, it was the choke. For anyone else having trouble and is zero familiar with how these chokes work I will call out my issues, all user error.

          The choke button didn’t seem to do much when I pushed it so I used the manual choke. However there are two points where the choke lever stops. I didn’t pull hard enough to get to the second point. For the electric choke I had to manually work it a few times to break it lose and spray it down.

          I really appreciate the help, my son and I are working on a early 60’s Mirrocraft runabout that we are really excited to work on.

                Yes it does. Now I just have to get it on the water to adjust the needles that I should not have touched in the first place.

                  kind of hard to do a decent  carb job without  removing needles and clearing all passages

                   

                  just readjust per manual  a bit on the rich side
