If you can find one, your motor takes a #VS-09 replacement hub by HMS Hubs.   Usually about $35 US.

If you have actually shredded out portions of the rubber bushing, the prop may not be running true on the hub. Just a guess, maybe causing some unwanted vibration. Best to be looking for a new prop. But if all still appears concentric and more or less intact, drill a couple of holes and insert a couple of sheet metal screws.

          UPDATE:

Luck has struck!!  Shout out to Bayview Propeller Repair!!  Not even a 20 minute drive from where I am!!  I was able to purchase a new prop!!  With the old one being spun and damaged (the way I received it) I decided a new one was a good investment.
I installed the new prop and took her out for a lake test. I made 19.4 knots!!  We are back in business!!

I just want to thank everyone that commented on this thread and took the time to help me out!!  My membership has paid for itself 👍🏻.

          Thanks again,

Glad you got it sorted. I always carry a spare prop for my 1959 Lark, just in case.

Those prop hubs are replaceable, but don’t know if you could find the part or a prop shop capable of replacing it.  This is not something you can replace yourself, probably easier to just find a new prop.
