So I picked up an 18hp horse Evinrude. 1969 model. Originally it was stuck. But now it’s turning over freely. Spark in both holes. Have not tried starting it yet. Something funky with the throttle. The fine adjustment knob and lever isn’t attached to the needle on the curb. Looks like an actuator are missing ?

you can always adjust the needle and forget about it since after setting it one does not usually play with it. try TIM’s outboard parts (good service and prices on used parts )
