      hello, i have a 1966 evinrude 3hp. how do i adjust the throttle lever where the cam on the breaker plate contacts it.i see that the cam is adjustable but there are no lines like on my bigger engines

        Look on the bottom of the tank support ring, where the throttle slides. There is a slight indentation over around the “Slow” area. That is the carb pick-up mark. Disclaimer: That is true of “most” but I think there is an exception that I can’t recall.

          Often wondered why they made this adjustment a bit confusing/secret on this model….
